Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Electrical and Mechanical Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take on new challenges and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and execution of electrical and mechanical projects, as well as ensuring the proper functioning of water supply works. They will also be expected to prepare estimates and bills, and address any closed project-related issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Execution: Ensure the proper functioning of electrical and mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, main electric panels, HT cables, and accessories.
  • Water Supply Works: Oversee the maintenance and execution of water supply works, including rate analysis and billing of contractors.
  • Estimate and Billing Preparation: Prepare estimates and bills for various projects, following guidelines from relevant authorities.
  • Closed Project-Related Issues: Address any closed project-related issues, including measurement book notation and entries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in a related field. They should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
