We are seeking a skilled software engineer to collaborate with our team.

  • Create robust APIs using Python frameworks following best practices and design patterns.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain complex database schemas and queries for high-performance applications.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection measures across the stack.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with proper test coverage.
  • Analyse complex technical problems and architect elegant solutions that balance performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and deliver new features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in both frontend and backend technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django and/or FastAPI.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated experience in debugging complex issues, performance optimization, and system architecture decisions.
  • Deep understanding of database concepts including normalization, indexing, query optimization, and transaction management.
  • Expertise with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred), complex queries, and ORM frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of npm/yarn, along with experience in publishing and maintaining packages.
  • Expertise in TailwindCSS, shadcn, and modern frontend styling approaches.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical thinking and systematic approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
