A Senior .NET Software Engineer is required to lead the development team. This role entails leading a team of 3 developers, communicating with clients in the U.S. to collect requirements and understand expectations, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 3 developers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement applications architecture and coding standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create documentation and test plans for new system development
  • Document functional and technical specifications as needed
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and excellent design and analytical skills. Additionally, they should be proficient in C# design patterns, generic collections, JQuery, ASP.NET state management, and Silverlight. Knowledge of TFS and SQL Server is also desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to interpret complex information and provide solutions.
