Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring high-quality performance across multiple channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess sales calls, emails, and chats for quality, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Provide detailed feedback and actionable recommendations for improvements.
Sales Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Review sales-related communications for clarity, professionalism, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment with brand tone and customer engagement standards.
Inbound Lead Monitoring:
  • Monitor inbound sales leads to ensure proper handling and response time.
  • Evaluate the quality of inbound lead engagement and provide feedback for improvement.
Coaching and Training:
  • Conduct coaching sessions with sales representatives based on evaluation findings.
  • Offer constructive feedback to improve performance and overall customer experience.
Account Audits and Compliance:
  • Perform regular account audits to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Ensure all accounts meet required standards and compliance guidelines.
Trends Monitoring and Analysis:
  • Monitor trends and data related to sales performance, customer behavior, and quality metrics.
  • Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement and report on performance trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in B2B sales environments.
  • Proven experience in sales and quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance metrics and their application.
  • Familiarity with call, email, and chat platforms, as well as CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
