Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices against purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies and agreements.
  • Maintain effective communication with vendors regarding payment discrepancies, invoice issues, and general inquiries.
  • Utilize SAP and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting, tracking transactions, and data integrity.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
  • Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and assistance during the audit process.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts payable metrics to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
