International Technical Recruiter Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Technical Recruiter intern. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for technology and talent acquisition to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced international work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify top talent.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates through various channels (job boards, professional networks, etc.).
  • Support in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the tech industry and eagerness to learn about technical roles (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
