About the Job:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Integrated Management System (IMS) efforts.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IMS that comply with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • They will ensure that quality processes are aligned with these standards and other relevant regulations.
  • Additionally, they will develop and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines to guarantee compliance and efficiency in operations.
  • The Quality Assurance Manager will also identify opportunities for improvement within IMS and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Furthermore, they will conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with quality, continuity, environment, and occupational health and safety.
  • The Quality Assurance Manager will communicate adherence to all ISO standards and integrated management system across the organization.
  • They will implement corrective and preventive actions and ensure accurate reporting to regulatory authorities.
  • Developing change control, business continuity, incident response, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans and procedures is another key responsibility.
  • Regularly, they will conduct drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of quality control, health and safety, environmental, continuity, and recovery plans.
  • The Quality Assurance Manager will provide training and guidance to employees to ensure awareness and understanding of ISO standards.
  • They will promote a culture of quality, continuity, environment, and safety awareness and compliance.
  • Moreover, the Quality Assurance Manager will establish systems for monitoring and measuring the performance of Integrated Management System.
  • They will analyze data to identify trends, evaluate IMS effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • The Quality Assurance Manager will plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards.
  • Finally, they will communicate IMS performance to stakeholders.
  • Engaging with employees and management to gather feedback and address concerns regarding IMS implementation is also part of their role.
  • The Quality Assurance Manager will coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensuring the organization's readiness for external assessments and certifications is their last responsibility.
