IT&D Product Lead

Role Purpose:
The IT&D Product Manager - Payroll plays a pivotal role in the IT&D Transformation team, focusing on the Design, Delivery, and sustenance of IT&D solutions in the Payroll services function.
This individual will be responsible for leading the team to effectively deliver and maintain the IT application in accordance with business needs, while also developing a blueprint to achieve standardized HR solutions within the organization.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to govern and enforce standardized solutions for projects, programs, and continuous improvement initiatives related to Payroll services and other applications.
- Partner with Global Payroll Teams to identify and optimize current processes and technology landscape.
- Identify potential automation opportunities and work with Automation CoE to deliver them.
- Support the integrated T&A system to payroll as part of T&A consolidation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in managing, implementing, and supporting HR/Payroll solutions.
- Experience working with internal and external applications environment.
- Knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time & Attendance (T&A) and Absence module.
- Knowledge in payroll integrations and ServiceNow HRSD is a plus.
