Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to drive strategic initiatives and oversee day-to-day operations. This role involves managing various departments, including HR, marketing, sales, and conflict resolution, while ensuring efficiency across all teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new talent.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, performance, and align recruitment needs.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize processes to support the sales team in lead generation and client management.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and maintain high client relations standards.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily operations across various teams, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to implement company-wide strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from a reputable university.
  2. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  4. Experience in recruitment and performance management.
  5. Familiarity with remote team management and digital tools.
