Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and finalize monthly meter reading plans for domestic, industrial, and commercial consumers based on their respective billing zones.
  • Finalize billing plans for domestic, industrial, and commercial users and forward them to the IT department for uploading in the customer care and billing application.
  • Oversee pre-billing checks, including adjustments for previous billing cycles, meter readings, and post-billing activities for domestic, industrial, and commercial users.
  • Conduct internal quality control checks and oversee internal and external audits of the section.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Departmental Head.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
