Enterprise Sales Leader

This leadership role drives enterprise sales and strategic growth to drive revenue, expand market share, and forge high-impact partnerships. The ideal candidate excels in relationship building, client acquisition, and deal-making, with a sharp eye for AI, cloud, and digital transformation opportunities in Pakistan and the Middle East market.

Key Accountabilities:

  • IDentify and develop new market opportunities across Pakistan and the Middle East for AI, cloud, and digital transformation services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within IT services, AI, or digital transformation.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong understanding of AI, cloud technologies, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver results.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
