
Chief Communications Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Communications Manager to lead our marketing, public relations, and communication efforts.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to promote the Institute's mission and goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage digital resources strategically and ensure consistent branding across platforms.
- Serve as the institute-wide point person for digital initiatives and emergent technologies.
- Utilize research-based approaches to identify key messages and audiences, creating a unified message in support of the Institute's brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee design and production of all marketing, public relations, and advertising products.
- Articulate the Institute's image and brand in delivery of the Institute's message to all constituents.
- Develop programs to communicate the Institute's mission and performance to the public.
- Manage constituent information databases for marketing and research.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated successful experience making presentations and communicating complex ideas effectively.
- Experience developing and managing budgets, with a focus on resource allocation and ROI.
- Excellent creative, analytical, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- A track record as a change agent with proven ability to develop and implement plans during growth and transition.
- Senior leadership experience in public, visual, and media relations; publications; advertising; website development; social media; enrollment marketing; and electronic communications.
