Drive Business Expansion and Growth
A Business Development Manager is sought after to spearhead business expansion initiatives, identify market gaps, and drive growth and profitability. This role involves leading, coaching, and guiding the sales team to achieve monthly targets and align with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic business expansion, strong leadership skills, and exceptional planning and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the expansion of business operations, identifying new market segments and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to foster business growth and collaborations.
- Lead, coach, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets and align with broader business objectives.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies across business operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, or sales management, ideally within FMCG, Telecommunications, or related industries.
- Proven experience in team leadership and management.
- Expertise in Distribution Management and Key Stakeholder Engagement.
