Job Title: Senior Associate

Overview

The Senior Associate in Internal Compliance plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization adheres to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal compliance programs and controls to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  3. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  4. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess compliance risks within the organization, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  5. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders, keeping them informed about changes in regulations and industry standards that may impact the organization.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
  3. Certifications: Qualification and experience in Audit (ACCA, Certified Internal Auditor) is a plus.
