Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a financial planning and analysis associate.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to collect and analyze data, and a basic understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry.

  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a focused scope within a region or business unit.
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with policies.
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior finance manager.
  • Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.

We are looking for a team player with strong leadership skills, collaboration, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a growth/digital mindset and be able to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
