We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing and leading our retail stores across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Directly manage and oversee the sales performance of our retail stores, ensuring they meet their targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Inventory Management: Responsible for inventory management, including stock levels, product rotation, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they can provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market, enabling us to make informed decisions.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience in a sales or retail environment, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
