As a strategic business leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and economical distribution of natural gas in your designated service area. This involves providing direction to manage activities related to resource optimization, financial performance improvement, and operational controls implementation.

This position requires exceptional leadership skills, with experience in senior management or leadership roles. Previous experience working in the oil and gas industry is preferred. You should be able to effectively utilize people, assets, and resources to achieve organizational targets.

  • Strategic Leadership: Take charge of building, developing, and managing operations for natural gas distribution in your assigned service area.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide expertise and guidance to the workforce to meet customer performance expectations and match staffing allocations to meet customer needs and company objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Serve as a business team manager for natural gas distribution and develop positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Accountability and Integrity: Ensure safe work practices and implement company safety programs throughout your area of responsibility.
  • Talent Development: Provide direct leadership to designated management, including coaching and mentoring employees to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple construction projects, visiting job sites to ensure project completion according to design, budget, and schedule.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Keep senior management informed of potential problems, work difficulties, employee issues, and customer concerns.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Act as the point of escalation for complex problems, assisting in root cause assessment and resolution.
  • Administrative Expertise: Maintain approved organization structures and appropriate staffing for each position to ensure divisional capabilities.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure divisional performance against targets and make necessary adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across the organization with top leadership for project formulation and initiative development.
