We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical professional to support product research and benchmarking initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct mystery shopping exercises to gather insights from competitor offerings and customer experiences.

  • Assist in mapping feature gaps between our products and market alternatives.
  • Help validate buyer personas by comparing assumptions with observed behaviors and feedback.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Strong observational, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Curiosity about customer experience and product-market fit.
  • Ability to conduct structured research and present findings clearly.
  • Familiarity with product benchmarking and persona development is a plus.
