Quality Systems Assurance Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems that align with international standards. This includes administering processes to guarantee compliance with specifications, facility regulations, legislation, and corporate policies.

  • This role involves streamlining testing lifecycles to ensure effective, standardized, coordinated, and integrated planning, execution, and reporting.
  • You will assess, design, implement, and manage quality systems aimed at meeting quality system standards and enhancing their effectiveness towards Total Quality Management.
  • Liaise internally with all departments to ensure a thorough understanding and proper implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Manage and supervise in-house environment laboratory operations, conduct testing/monitoring through in-house and external laboratories, and ensure EPA compliance as per ISO 14000:2004 and 18001:2007.
  • Define and specify the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating product precision, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Oversee product licensing for all products with relevant authorities.
Key Qualifications
  1. Minimum graduation degree
  2. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
  3. Experience as a lead auditor
  4. At least 3 years of working experience with ISO 9001:2008 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) & 18001 (OSHA) certified companies
  5. Proficiency in computer applications
  6. Age around 35 years
