  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional interaction with clients, legal teams and government offices.
  • Knowledge of Law: Basic understanding of laws and procedures.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using management software, spreadsheets and legal databases.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to respond to legal notices and resolve any issues related to cases.
  • Team Collaboration: Able to work with internal teams and coordinate with external legal partners or agents.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing case files and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Preparing legal documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating with clients, legal teams and government offices.

Requirements:

  • Diligent and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines and legal documents simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of law and procedures, including attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in management software, spreadsheets and legal databases.
