We are looking for a Client Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with clients across multiple social media platforms and identifying potential influencers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage direct messaging and communication with clients on several social media profiles.
  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencers every day.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and outreach activities.
  • Follow established guidelines and scripts to ensure consistency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the team to share feedback and improve processes.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with social media (training will be provided).
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently during non-traditional hours.
Work Schedule:
  • Night Shift: 9 PM to 5 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).
  • 5 days a week.
