Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our Fragrance Lab team as a Perfume Development Specialist. The selected candidate will assist in perfume formulation, mixing, and day-to-day lab operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and mixing of fragrance oils according to given formulas.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the lab area.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and recording of all fragrance batches.
  • Assist in weighing, measuring, and pouring ingredients.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and lab equipment.
  • Support quality control and testing procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior lab staff and follow their instructions.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate qualification (science preferred).
  • Fresh or up to 1 year of experience in lab or production work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Able to stand for long hours and manage repetitive tasks.
  • Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
  • Punctual, reliable, and a good team player.
