Job Title: Business Development Manager
We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to contribute to our growth strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies through email marketing and LinkedIn.
- Perform follow-up calls to working leads and schedule appointments.
- Conduct warm and cold calling to set up appointments with potential clients.
- Drive leads generated via email marketing and LinkedIn to schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with the email marketing team to create effective email templates that generate responses.
- Engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential fit for our services.
- Manage sales qualified leads (SQLs) and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Meet monthly sales qualified leads targets.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Experience working with North American-based clients and teams.
- Proven track record in lead generation through email marketing and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Account Executive roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry trends.
