Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our customer relationship management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, create, and document current and future business process flows.
  • Create clear, concise, and complete functional specifications & requirements documents.
  • Conduct testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Train user personnel in the use of the system.
  • Prepare and analyze data conversion requirements.
  • Import new contacts into the CRM from various sources.
  • Ensure data validity and prevent duplication of contacts.
  • Regularly report on tracked revenue, conversion rate, and other metrics to management.
  • Create reports, forms, and other deliverables for projects and tickets.
  • Act as a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Conduct a comprehensive salesforce internal audit.
