Job Description:

  • The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, client communication, or business development, preferably within a software or digital services company.
  • Hands-on experience with proposal crafting and bidding techniques, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to understand technical services/solutions and explain them clearly to potential clients.
