Business Development and Partnerships Professional

The role of Business Development and Partnerships Executive involves managing the entire partner lifecycle, from initial outreach to deal closure. This includes presenting demos, educating partners, maintaining regular contact, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD and cultivate relationships with potential clients through proactive communication and follow-up interactions to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Foster strategic partnerships that consistently generate a stream of new prospect clients.
  • Engage in online communities, interact with relevant influencers, and leverage social media to promote our products and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the target market, their challenges, and expectations from our offerings.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and services, as well as our specific processes and frameworks used.
  • Collaborate with the growth team and company leadership to develop sales collateral and build effective processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building and communication with partners.
  • Comfortable working in high-profile roles, representing the company and setting the tone for partner interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering effective presentations and demonstrations using online tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing research into potential customers and their industries to understand their needs.
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as SalesNavigator, and other CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
