Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, registering our company with public and private sector organisations, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Business Expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential partnerships.
Client Meetings & Relationship Management
  • Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services and capabilities.
  • Develop customized proposals, presentations, and service models for clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, support, and satisfaction checks.
Vendor Registration & Prequalification
  • Register our company as a vendor/supplier with major public and private organizations.
  • Prepare and submit vendor registration documentation and prequalification forms.
Sales & Target Achievement
  • Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets in coordination with the management team.
Follow-up & Coordination
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on proposals and quotations submitted to clients.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to management on business development activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development in Facilities Management, MEP, or Construction sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor registration processes, tendering procedures, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
