Product Development Leader

We are seeking a Product Development Leader to join our team in Pakistan.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who love to learn, perform, and teach. Our primary responsibility will be to build world-class products to support the growth of our businesses in multiple countries.

In this position, you will present yourself as a strong leader to our technical team in Pakistan, delivering high-quality products and applying new industry trends and challenging your peers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Architect, design, and develop cloud software applications.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, CLM, and Strategy to deliver highest quality products.
  • Enforce agile practices like test driven development, CI & test automation.
  • Smartly prioritize between immediate and future needs.
  • Analyze and remediate production issues, build in fault tolerance and operational readiness into system architecture.
  • Be a software guardian and own non-functional requirements, architectural direction, quality of code, and addressing technical debt.
  • Knowledgeable of scalability and high availability systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field.
  • 10+ years of server/client-side software development experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Management Role.
  • Experience in lead teams; including performance management and people management.
  • In-depth understanding of free and open-source software development.
  • Strong understanding of scalability and high availability systems.
  • Experience in operations and managing live production applications.
