Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven professional to spearhead automation and digitalization initiatives across the supply chain, ensuring seamless data flow between systems for planning, reporting, and analytics. This involves optimizing IT systems related to logistics and warehouse operations to drive efficiency and productivity.

This role requires collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure integration between IT systems and operational processes, analyzing data from logistics and warehouse operations to optimize inventory and supply chain processes, and managing IT infrastructure for warehouse automation, RFID, barcode scanning, and logistics technologies.

A key aspect of this position is recommending new technologies and process changes to improve operational performance, working with vendors and software providers to ensure system reliability, compliance, and efficient performance, and developing documentation for logistics and warehouse IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

This includes supporting audits by maintaining accurate documentation, developing prototypes, pilot projects, and proof-of-concepts for new technology and analytics solutions, and staying up-to-date with emerging manufacturing technologies such as IoT and Industry 4.0.

Essential Skills
  • Strong understanding of operations, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management processes
  • Data analysis and proficiency in developing dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Cybersecurity standard methodologies and compliance requirements in industrial environments
  • Project management skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
Essential Experience
  • Minimum 5 years managing operations applications, preferably in FMCG
  • Proven track record leading innovation and digital transformation projects in manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on experience with emerging manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, Industry 4.0)
  • Logistics process improvement and warehousing systems optimization
