Finance Analyst Role

We are seeking an entry-level finance professional to join our Finance Planning and Analysis team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration and 3 years of experience in a Financial-related field.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate client accounting data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop recommendations for improving data capture and reporting processes.
  • Liaise with client accountants/bookkeepers to promote best practices.
  • KPI and Performance Metric Development:
  • Collaborate in defining and tracking client-specific KPIs aligned with industry, business model, and growth goals.
  • Embed KPIs into reporting frameworks for enhanced insights.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize data integrations between systems and live dashboards.
  • Management Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly reporting packs including Budget vs Actuals and variance analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues on financial insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate timesheet tracking for efficient project management.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based models for forecasting, valuation, and decision-making purposes.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI for data-driven storytelling.
