Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cash forecasting and monitoring.
  • Maintain accounts.

  • Formulate strategic direction.
  • Explore avenues to increase profitability.
  • Prepare feasibilities for new projects and ventures.
  • Calculate return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience as a Business/Financial Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial processes, and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
