Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through various channels and promoting our web services to a wide range of prospects. They will understand the work problems of potential clients, propose technical solutions, and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • To acquire new business through Guru, PPH, UpWork, Freelancer, and other relevant channels.
  • To perform pre-sales and post-sales activities related to graphics, web design/development, animation projects, requirements gathering, and/or project coordination.
  • To write customized proposals based on the nature of the project.
  • To market Company's web services to a wide range of prospects.
  • To understand prospects' work problems; propose technical solutions to those problems by coordinating with the technical team and submitting relevant service proposals.
  • To follow up with prospects by phone, email, and instant messengers to answer any additional questions and eventually convert them into customers.
  • To maintain close contact with all assigned customers; ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • To effectively follow the company's defined processes for sales, service delivery, and payments.
  • To coordinate with various team members and departments to ensure effective delivery of company services.
  • To achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales revenue targets.
  • To maintain customer correspondence and records effectively.
  • To negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • To review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • To identify new markets and business opportunities.
