Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Business Growth Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts.

This is a dynamic role requiring the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, manage sales teams, and create engaging marketing campaigns.

  • Prioritize sales activities, coordinate with clients, and chase reasons for missed opportunities.
  • Monitor company performance, credit check new clients, and manage quote dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales inquiries, ensure timely and professional completion of actions.
  • Develop and execute a Marketing strategy, create promotional materials as needed.
  • Liaise with the sales team to capture necessary information for quotes and manage their dispatch.
  • Chase outstanding quotes to agreed timescales.

  • Administer the preparation of quotes, develop market intelligence reports.
  • Create and implement a PR strategy, produce marketing collateral as required.
