Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Team Lead at Tasteland - Allied Foods, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in achieving business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills to ensure sales team strength and bonding.

You will be responsible for developing a close relationship with all distributors to grow our business and expand its dimensions. This includes conducting area visits with your concerned TSO/TSM to implement effective sales strategies.

The successful candidate will ensure fulfillment of monthly targets while maintaining a grip on the reporting structure. Additionally, they will be responsible for sales team hiring and retention, as well as conducting training sessions with the sales team.
