Job Title: Front Line Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Front Line Receptionist. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a professional team where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Preparing and submitting reports on a regular basis, utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills.
  3. Drafting letters and documents as required, showcasing strong written communication skills.
  4. Gathering data and information to support business needs, applying research skills and attention to detail.
  5. Handling telephone calls and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  6. Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution of concerns, providing excellent customer service.
  7. Performing other duties assigned by the departmental head, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Required Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  2. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
  3. Strong soft skills, including anger management and stress management, to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
  4. Broad-minded and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
