
Front Line Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Front Line Receptionist. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a professional team where no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Preparing and submitting reports on a regular basis, utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Drafting letters and documents as required, showcasing strong written communication skills.
- Gathering data and information to support business needs, applying research skills and attention to detail.
- Handling telephone calls and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution of concerns, providing excellent customer service.
- Performing other duties assigned by the departmental head, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications, with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
- Strong soft skills, including anger management and stress management, to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Broad-minded and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
