We're looking for a skilled Security Solutions Expert to lead the consultative discovery of client business goals, objectives, and challenges. This role requires technical knowledge of security technologies and strong communication and collaboration skills.

About the Role
  • This expert will assist sales teams in presales activities, including gathering customer requirements and supporting solution design.
  • The Security Solutions Expert will support the creation of Bill of Materials (BoM), quote generation, and solution validation for security technologies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and recommend advanced security solutions tailored to customer needs.
  2. Develop a working knowledge of security platforms such as firewall solutions, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, security operations tools (SIEM/SOAR), and vulnerability management solutions.
  3. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging security technologies, and vendor offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
  • At least one vendor competency certification in cybersecurity solutions such as Cisco Security, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, or other industry-recognized platforms.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a sales and/or IT security implementation/support role.
