Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to execute, manage, and optimize performance advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The role involves planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Zalo Ads, and other relevant platforms.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and developing compelling ad copy. They will also conduct A/B testing, recommend continuous performance improvements, and implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and event monitoring through Google Tag Manager.

Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio.

Collaborate closely with our remote team to align on campaign strategy and performance goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and at least one additional platform (e.g., Meta, TikTok)
  2. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager
  3. Experience with TikTok Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Keyword Planner
  4. Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset
  5. Google Ads certification is a strong advantage
  6. Proactive, self-managed, and reliable in a distributed team environment
  7. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
