About the Role

This Business Enablement Partner will drive enablement programs for our global Sales Development Representative organization. You'll play a key role in architecting initiatives that accelerate ramp time, elevate performance, and cultivate a strong pipeline for promotion.

You'll leverage expertise in sales enablement, data analytics, and operational strategy to create frameworks delivering measurable improvements in key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design comprehensive onboarding and training programs for global SDRs, ensuring rapid proficiency and high-performing teams
  • Architect and execute departmental enablement strategies, aligning training initiatives with strategic goals and OKRs
  • Drive projects introducing new perspectives and innovative solutions to elevate SDR performance, ramp speed, and career progression
  • Implement advanced analytics frameworks to measure enablement impact, synthesizing sales data and stakeholder feedback for executive reporting
  • Serve as subject matter expert, educating and advising adjacent departments on enablement best practices
  • Oversee cross-functional enablement programs: leading collaboration and process improvements between Sales, Product, and Enablement teams
  • Evaluate and optimize sales enablement technologies, platforms, and content strategy
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or business development within high-growth environments
  • Exceptional presentation skills, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expert-level knowledge of sales development processes, analytic frameworks, and enablement methodologies
  • Deep competency in designing large-scale enablement programs with measurable business impact
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and building high-trust organizational culture
  • Mastery of sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and operational analytics tools
