Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying and attracting top talent for our organization.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Candidate Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and gathering feedback.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
