The role of a Talent Acquisition Associate is to support the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various platforms
  • Review applications and screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all records are up to date
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns
  • Help with onboarding logistics for new hires

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
