We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Sales team at Exuberant Group, Pakistan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a sales strategy that drives business growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities include leading the Sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives, providing guidance and support for their performance and development.
They will also create action plans for individual and team members to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Furthermore, they will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing plans as needed.
Additionally, they will provide regular feedback to senior management on sales performance, including timely and accurate pricing information to maintain maximum profit margins.
Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate record-keeping of sales data, activity reports, and pricing submitted by Account Executives.
Finally, the incumbent will manage expenses to align with company guidelines while adhering to all policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Requirements- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate/enterprise sales within the telecom industry.
- Background in sales leadership or management is required.
