Senior Machine Learning Engineer Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our machine learning initiatives. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge models that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced machine learning solutions using deep learning architectures like CNNs and ViTs.
  • Develop and customize deep learning models to meet specific business needs.
  • Utilize pre-trained models and adapt them to task-specific requirements.
  • Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to optimize model performance.
  • Evaluate models using relevant metrics and communicate results effectively.
  • Deploy models into production environments and ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers to share knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in deep learning.
  • Strong understanding of statistical ML concepts, including optimization methods and mathematization of problems.
  • Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and ability to implement neural networks from scratch.
  • Knowledge of transformers, attention mechanisms, and large language model internals.
  • Experience in processing large datasets with hardware constraints and navigating biases in datasets.
  • Deep understanding of underlying mathematics and ability to apply it to complex problems.
  • Understanding of CNN and ViT architectures in relation to computer vision and proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
  • Ability to analyze data, handle common ML challenges, and build effective pipelines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ML/NLP services and experience with distributed training or model optimization.
  • Contributions to research or open-source ML projects and willingness to learn and adapt.
