Key Objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and meet performance targets through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute business plans, promotions, and programs.
  • Provide expert counsel to partners by staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Understand partners' business models, company structures, and site-level economics; discuss economic trade-offs of various decisions.
  • Leverage resources to promote the brand and enhance partner efficiency.
  • Educate partners on the importance of site staff in delivering customer commitments.
  • Resolve complex situations and problems requiring analytical, interpretive, and evaluative skills.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal support services and partners for operational excellence issues like invoicing, credit, supply, pricing, and contracts.
  • Contribute to market analysis and recommend changes to maintain competitiveness.
  • Prepare Market Opportunity Reports and suggest new areas for development.
Requirements
  • Effective leadership abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, and specialized business applications software.
  • Presentation skills necessary to communicate, update, persuade, and facilitate discussions with all levels of management.
