Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

This is a key role within our finance department, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and verifying invoices, bills, and other financial documents for payment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, bills, and other financial documents for payment.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices and bills.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses.
