The role of Assistant Manager Customer Services is to lead a team of customer service representatives and ensure that customers receive the best possible experience. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries, arranging spare parts and tools, verifying product sale return notes, preparing incentives for staff, conducting software training, and evaluating pending complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Arrange spare parts and tools for Service Centres
  • Verify and approve product sale return notes
  • Prepare incentives for CSD staff and verify incentives for SVC staff
  • Conduct software training for new staff members
  • Evaluate pending complaints with CSD

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and motivate a team of customer service assistants.
