We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Support Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer support team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and develop support strategies.
- Implement processes to continuously improve support operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer support or a similar role in e-commerce or fashion.
- Graduation degree or related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce order management.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and CRM tools.
