Technical Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Proposal Specialist to craft compelling proposals that showcase our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and edit technical proposals for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input for proposal content.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, concise language.
  • Ensure all proposals meet client requirements and submission guidelines.
  • Manage a centralized library of reusable content, including templates and boilerplate text.
  • Review proposal drafts for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Assist in creating supporting sales documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, English, or Communications.
  • 2–3 years of experience in technical proposal writing, preferably in IT or cybersecurity.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and terminology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks.
  • Previous experience working with MSSPs or cybersecurity service providers.
  • Knowledge of proposal development tools and content management systems.
