We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers and Analysts to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions within our enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT with expertise in the ServiceNow platform. They will be responsible for designing, coding, debugging, documenting, and maintaining custom applications and integrations within the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create reports, dashboards, homepages, and database views to provide actionable insights to IT leadership.
  • Lead platform upgrades, feature adoption, and new module implementations to optimize ServiceNow utilization.
  • Develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI components, and business rules to support enterprise IT initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform administration, development, and implementation.
  • Proven ServiceNow Development and implementation expertise, particularly in HRSD, SAMPro, HAMPro, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
  • Strong integration experience with Workday, Dynamics 365, Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
