Key Responsibilities:
  1. Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
  3. Proposal Writing: Craft compelling business proposals tailored to client needs and showcase our services and solutions.
  4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and drive sales.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue development or a similar role in the digital marketing industry.
  • A proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A strong understanding of IT & digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • The ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
