**Operations Manager**: Lead and manage the daily operations of our office to ensure alignment with company objectives and academic schedules.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee financial oversight, administrative coordination, and compliance in an education setting. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on managing daily office operations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supervising and managing daily office operations to ensure alignment with company objectives and academic schedules.
  • Overseeing finance-related tasks such as petty cash handling, expense tracking, fee reconciliation, vendor payments, and basic budgeting.
  • Coordinating with academic and support teams to ensure operational synergy and service excellence.
  • Maintaining inventory, office supplies, and vendor contracts in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Preparing regular operational and financial reports for senior management.
  • Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless flow of communication.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and health & safety standards.
  • Supporting HR with attendance monitoring, performance tracking, and staff onboarding logistics.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in the education sector.

A strong command over MS Office Suite and basic financial software is essential. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills are required to handle multi-functional teams and manage time-sensitive projects.
